Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the housing community and support the Community Manager.
• Manage delinquency and rent collections to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Coordinate leasing activities, showings, and move-ins; implement resident retention programs.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and administrative tasks to support NOI.
