Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial tasks for a housing community, under the Community Manager's supervision. You will drive rent collection, manage accounts receivable and ensure budgeted revenues and NOI targets are met.

You will lead on-site staff, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and risk management, and enforce fair housing, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under supervision.
• Manage delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow and finances.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management in the Community Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
