Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the Community Manager. You will drive rent collection, maintain cash flow, supervise onsite staff, and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

• Post payments and income from all applicants, current residents, and non-current residents accurately, timely, and efficiently.
• Process and reconcile daily all accounts receivable.
• Monitor and follow up on bad debt including late notices, resident and guarantor contact, and evictions.
• Help the property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Post charges to resident and non-current resident accounts; bill back of utilities where applicable.
• End-of-month closing procedures and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and organized records; audit resident files for accuracy.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
