Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Jacksonville, FL to oversee the daily operations of an on-site housing community. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management under the Regional Manager’s supervision.

As the on-site leader, you will ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing guidelines, and safety standards while driving occupancy and performance. A CAM/ARM is preferred and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management.
• Develop budgets, monitor rent collections, and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead emergency response, customer service, and resident retention initiatives.
• Plan marketing, leasing, and ongoing staff development.

Education
