Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Jacksonville, FL properties. You will oversee daily operations under the Community Manager, manage leasing, resident relations, and financial processes to optimize cash flow, while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead onsite staff, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, support budgeting, reporting, and risk management, and contribute to resident retention through proactive service and team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités
