Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site operations of a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing standards.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, staff development, budgeting, and resident relations, with opportunities to implement retention programs. A CAM/ARM or related experience is valued, and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site under supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset’s policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Direct leasing, resident relations, and retention programs to achieve occupancy and service goals.
• Head the emergency team for the property and coordinate response within policy guidelines.
