Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.

This on-site leadership role requires strong personnel management, budgeting, marketing planning, and resident relations. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree or CAM/ARM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years' housing industry experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staffing and daily operations.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and resident relations.
