Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and CAM/ARM certification is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills are essential for success in

• Oversee daily on-site operations of the housing community.

• Monitor leasing, maintenance, and vendor performance to ensure service quality.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports.
