Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site operations of a residential community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting and risk management, and ensure compliance with fair housing and safety guidelines.

Regular attendance, on-site leadership, and strong customer service are essential as you drive resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Formación

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Hire/train staff and develop on-site team.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Marketing plans and leasing strategies for resident retention.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff, hire/train, coach, and develop on-site team.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets/forecasts.
• Manage leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing.
• Handle emergency responses and maintain property standards.
