Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and financial functions of a housing community. You will supervise onsite staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administration, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing regulations.

The role emphasizes accurate posting of payments, timely reporting, and resident relations to optimize cash flow and occupancy. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure leasing, maintenance, administrative tasks, and risk management are executed.
• Monitor cash flow, delinquency, and budgeting to support NOI targets.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resident satisfaction through responsive service.
