Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will manage leasing, staff, maintenance, and risk while ensuring accurate cash flow and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting budgeted revenues and NOI. This is a full-time onsite role with benefits and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in housing industry preferred or two years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable; monitor delinquencies and evictions.
• Assist with budgeting, revenue/expenses, and Net Operating Income targets.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and staff supervision to ensure compliance.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.
