Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise on-site staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks to meet company policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires attention to Fair Housing and OSHA regs, plus strong budgeting, leasing, and resident relations skills as you drive occupancy and NOI for the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BA degree preferred or 4 years in housing, or related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing community operations under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and admin activities.
• Develop budgets, monitor deposits, rent collections and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety compliance.
