Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.

This leadership role requires hands-on management, strong communication, budgeting, marketing and resident relations to drive occupancy and retention while maintaining property standards and timely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the housing industry or related field.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site personnel and staff schedules.
• Lead leasing and resident relations to maximize retention.
• Develop operating budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Oversee maintenance, risk management and emergency response.
