Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of a Garden-style community (Unit count: 319, Stage: Lease Up). The role involves collecting rents, posting payments, preparing deposits and financial reports, and using Yardi/OneSite to maintain accurate records.

The position requires coordinating with maintenance, managing delinquencies, processing invoices, and supporting leasing activities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years experience in residence life or property management is beneficial.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Collects and posts rent, fees, and other payments; prepares daily bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and ensures data integrity.
• Reviews resident files and balances, communicates with residents about balances and delinquencies.
• Reviews and processes vendor/invoice payments; codes charges to COA; coordinates with owner/client.
• Assists eviction processes per legal requirements and notices.
• Supports leasing and marketing by greeting prospects and processing applications.
