Greystar Worldwide, LLC, a leading global real estate platform, seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial and operational facets of a residential community. You will handle rent collection, banking, reporting, and vendor invoicing using Yardi/OneSite, while ensuring lease compliance and strong resident relations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years minimum experience in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Collects rent, fees and payments; posts and deposits funds; prepares financial reports.
• Uses property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and updates records.
• Review resident files for unpaid or late balances; inform residents and pursue delinquencies.
• Process vendor invoices; coordinate approvals and coding; liaise with owners.
• Follow eviction procedures with proper notices and court involvement when needed.
• Process move-outs; assess deposits and lease cancellation fees where applicable.
• Address resident complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Act as on-site supervisor when Community Manager is away; coordinate maintenance.
• Meet with owners, provide performance updates, and respond to requests.
• Assist leasing/marketing by greeting prospects, showing units, and processing applications.
