Job summary

Asset Living is hiring an Assistant Community Manager in an on-site role in the United States. You will oversee daily operations, support the Community Manager, and drive rent collections to optimize cash flow.

The role includes supervising staff, managing leasing, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and safety guidelines. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile payments for applicants and residents accurately and timely.
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and delinquencies.
• Assist with budgeting to meet revenues, expenses, and NOI targets.
• Supervise on-site staff and leasing activities; ensure policy compliance.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high levels of service.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry
