Job summary

Greystar is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily financial and operational tasks at a community in Scottsdale. You will manage rent collection, banking, and reporting while using Yardi/OneSite to ensure data integrity and timely updates.

Role requires 1-3 years in property management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills to coordinate with residents, vendors, and leadership. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum in residence life and/or property management with focus on day-to-day operations, revenue, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process rent, fees, and other payments; prepare deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) accurately; back up data.
• Review tenant accounts for delinquencies; communicate balances; support collections.
• Review vendor invoices; code charges to correct accounts; coordinate approvals and communications.
• Assist evictions following legal notice requirements and represent the property in court where required.
• Process move-outs; apply deposits and fees per lease terms; finalize disposition.
