Job summary

Greystar in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational tasks at a rental community.

You will handle rent processing, deposits, invoices, and reporting, operate Yardi/OneSite, manage delinquencies, coordinate maintenance, and assist leasing as needed. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential; on-site collaboration with the team is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of property management experience or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Process rent, payments, deposits, and monthly financial reports.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite and ensure accurate data entry.
• Review delinquent balances and enforce lease terms.
• Process invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Assist leasing and marketing activities as needed.
• Provide on-site supervision in the manager's absence.
• Support client/owner relations and tours.
