Job summary

Greystar in Phoenix seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial operations, process payments, and manage vendor invoices. You will work with property management software, monitor delinquencies, and support leasing activities to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management or residence life, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills. Onsite position with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Handles daily financial operations: rent collection, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and ensures data integrity through updates and backups.
• Reviews resident accounts for delinquencies and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices, codes charges, and communicates with stakeholders.
• Assists in evictions and move-outs as per policy and law.
• Supports leasing and marketing efforts as needed.
