Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial activities at a housing community under the Community Manager’s supervision. You will help manage rent collections, ensure adherence to budgets, and supervise staff on site.

Qualifications

• Background in property management operations and financial processes.
• Experience supervising onsite staff and leasing activities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income from residents and applicants accurately.
• Process and reconcile accounts receivable daily.
• Monitor delinquency, send notices, and assist with evictions as needed.
• Support budgeting and NOI targets through effective operations.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Run on-site staff training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Supervise property inspections and move-in/move-out processes.
