Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and financial functions under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will manage staffing, leasing, maintenance, and risk as part of the on-site leadership team.

You will handle rent collection, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with fair housing and OSHA requirements and delivering strong resident service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Onsite property management experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing activities, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and budget adherence to optimize cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop resident retention programs and provide excellent tenant service.
