Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Austin, TX to oversee daily operations under the Community Manager’s supervision. You will handle rent processing, collections, budgeting support, leasing, and staff coordination to optimize cash flow and compliance with company policies.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience in housing operations, with strong customer service, organization, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing operations or property management.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA basics.

Responsibilities

• Posting payments and income accurately for residents and applicants.
• Reconciling daily accounts receivable.
• Monitoring delinquencies and assisting with evictions.
• Ensuring revenue and NOI goals.
• Lease processing and move-in coordination.
