RHP Properties is seeking a Community Manager for the Washington Estates Community in Washington, PA. You will oversee daily operations, rental collections, staff management, and property maintenance to ensure profitability and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2-3 years of property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; MRI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration, operations, and staff at the community.

• Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff and maintain records.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance across the community.
• Coordinate advertising, show homes, and reporting to regional leadership.
