Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Community Manager for a manufactured home community in the South Park area, Finleyville, PA. You will oversee daily operations, staff, rent collection, and safety, ensuring a profitable, well-managed property.

We require 2–3 years of property management experience, strong customer service, and excellent communication. MS Office skills are essential; MRI experience is preferred. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and solve problems while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office; MRI experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute between communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and administration of the manufactured home community.
• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff; administer discipline with proper documentation.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and evictions in compliance with laws.
• Maintain safety and a presentable community environment; coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Prepare reports and communicate with the corporate office as required.
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to needs promptly.
