Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a Community Manager for Washington Estates in Washington, PA to oversee daily operations of a manufactured home community and lead onsite staff. You will manage rent collections, maintenance coordination, and safety programs to ensure a professional, profitable environment.

The role requires 2-3 years in property management, strong customer service and communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience with proven management skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detailed-oriented and the ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook; MRI experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute between communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the manufactured home community.
• Hire, train, and manage onsite staff; administer discipline.
• Manage rent collections, late fees, delinquencies, and evictions as required.
• Inspect grounds and community-owned homes to maintain a presentable appearance.
• Oversee maintenance work orders and coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Process invoices, manage petty cash, and track expenses.
• Maintain employee files and compensation records.
• Ensure safety and respond to emergencies, including after-hours when needed.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to needs.
• Coordinate advertising and presentations of homes as directed.
