RHP Properties in Utah seeks a Community Manager for the Washington Estates community near Roy to oversee daily operations and staff. You will manage rent collections, delinquencies, evictions, and property upkeep, while maintaining safety and professional standards across the site.

Lead onsite staff, coordinate maintenance, track finances, and report to the corporate office. The role requires 2–3 years of property management and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; MRI experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and commute between communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration, operations, and personnel of the community.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, and evictions as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff; document disciplinary actions.
• Maintain safety, inspections, and property upkeep; coordinate repairs.
• Prepare reports, manage invoices, and control petty cash.
• Build resident relations and handle inquiries and complaints.
