Job summary

Post Road Management is seeking a Community Manager for Washington Gardens in Pittsburgh, PA. This role leads property operations, leasing, budgeting, compliance, and a motivated onsite team to achieve occupancy and financial goals.

You will partner with maintenance, regional leadership, and corporate departments to maximize revenue, resident retention, and service quality while upholding company standards and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, delinquency, and resident retention.
• Lead budgeting and financial reporting; manage expenses and NOI improvements.
• Supervise maintenance and coordinate capital projects as needed.
• Foster onboarding, training, and performance development of onsite teams.
• Promote exceptional resident service and community engagement.
