Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Community Manager for the Washington Estates Community in Ogden, UT. You will supervise daily operations, rental collections, staffing, and financials to run the manufactured home community professionally and profitably.

Responsibilities include collecting rents, pursuing delinquencies, supervising onsite staff, maintaining safety, managing maintenance work orders, coordinating invoices, and reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of property management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; MRI experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deposit daily rentals, late fees, and related charges.
• Pursue delinquent rents and evictions per state laws and attend court as needed.
• Hire, train, motivate and supervise onsite staff; administer discipline with proper documentation.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Inspect community grounds and homes to maintain a presentable appearance.
• Manage maintenance tasks via the Maintenance Work Order system.
• Enter lead information and complete guest cards.
• Process, approve, and forward invoices timely; maintain petty cash and receipts.
• Maintain employees’ files, timesheets, and compensation/benefit records.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to address issues.
