RHP Properties in Washington, PA, seeks a Sales Coordinator for the Washington Estates community to drive sales and financing strategies, increase occupancy, and boost revenue. You’ll work with the Community Manager to manage home sales and vendor relations, while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong MS Office skills. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and manage sales strategies to meet goals and increase occupancy.
• Research market and customer needs; follow up on leads and referrals.
• Market the community to prospective customers and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with Community Manager in home sales and financing activities.
• Prepare advertising materials with Regional Manager to gain visibility.
• Document all customer, vendor and financial transactions for future clients.
• Assist Community Manager with general office duties and property upkeep.
