Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a Spokane property. This role requires on-site presence, strong customer service, and familiarity with on-site software.

You will show and lease units, greet prospects, process paperwork, and maintain leasing data. Responsibilities include handling resident concerns, supporting retention programs, and contributing to market surveys and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
• Review market surveys and support annual marketing plans.
