Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help oversee daily operations at an apartment community. You will assist with leasing, marketing and resident relations while maintaining financial records and rent collections under Roscoe’s policies.

The role emphasizes ensures occupancy targets, effective resident retention and timely move-in paperwork, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years tax credit experience.
• Related multi-family property management experience.
• HUD rules and regulations and policies of low-income housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations at the community.
• Support leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Produce monthly reports for Property Manager.
