Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a preferred apartment community. The role requires strong resident relations, leadership, and reliable communication to guide a team.

You will manage staff, budgets, leasing activities, and resident satisfaction, while partnering with maintenance, HR, and marketing to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Experience in multi-family property management and proficiency with property software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Professional communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, conducting candidate interviews, onboarding, training, and reviews.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff on leasing, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate associates through recognition, training, and team-building activities to boost morale.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
