Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing and resident relations at our apartment community. You will sign leases, greet prospects, assess eligibility, and guide applicants through the move-in process.

You’ll maintain showrooms, assist with social media presence, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service. This role requires a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires two-year degree or equivalent with 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
