Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager supervision.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, administration, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and fair housing practices. A strong focus on staff development, resident satisfaction, and financial performance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be proficient with standard property management software.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to manage on-site staff and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing guidelines and safety standards.
