Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will manage all aspects of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

As a hands-on leader, you will drive resident satisfaction, develop marketing plans, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management
• On-site staff supervision and training
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts
• Monitor rent collections and deposits
• Develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies
• Resident relations and retention programs
• Oversee administrative & leasing reporting
• Emergency response coordination and safety compliance
• Property inspections and maintenance supervision
