Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

As an on-site leader, you will manage staff, budgeting, marketing, resident relations, and reporting while ensuring excellent customer service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices; prepare timely reports.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
