Job summary

Asset Living is a leading property management firm seeking a Community Manager to oversee an on-site housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staffing, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires regular onsite attendance, staff development, and the ability to manage budgets, leasing plans, and resident relations while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of property operations and staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk.
• Supervise on-site staff, train and coach.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plan.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Lead emergency response and ensure resident satisfaction.
