Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager, handling staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and adherence to Fair Housing and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop operating plans, recruit and train on-site staff, monitor performance, and strive for excellent resident satisfaction while maintaining property profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a housing community on-site and leading a team.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Strong budgeting and financial oversight skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housing community operations on-site under the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances.
• Develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing.
