Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As an on-site leader, you will manage budgets, coordinate marketing plans, and pursue resident satisfaction through effective programs and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of the housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise property staff and leasing, maintenance, and administrative duties.
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts; monitor rent collections and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and maintain excellent customer service.
