Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Attend on-site daily to manage property activities and showings.
• Close leases by conducting tours, processing paperwork, and following up with leads.
