Job summary

Thrive Communities in Kirkland, WA, seeks a full-time Property Manager to oversee income collection and accounts payable, maintain resident records, and manage lease processes. The role also focuses on resident relations, marketing of the community, and daily administrative tasks to support smooth operations.

You will ensure timely payments, accurate reporting, and high resident satisfaction while collaborating with maintenance and onsite teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable: maintain resident records, issue notices, deposit receipts, manage invoices, reconcile credit card activity, assist with month-end procedures.
• Resident Relations: foster community, maintain positive relations, inspect properties, support retention.
• Marketing: manage ads on listing services, greet prospective residents, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, monitor market conditions.
• Administrative: update reports, organize leases and paperwork, proofread lease documents, process security deposits, route service requests.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by Community/Regional Manager.
