Job summary

Thrive Communities in Burien, WA, is seeking aFull-time on-site team member to manage income collection, accounts payable, leasing support, and resident relations. You will ensure accurate records, process notices, deposits, and payments, while contributing to marketing and community engagement.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management, experience with Yardi/CRM and a strong customer-service focus. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent experience, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On‑Site.
• Accounts Payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying/entering invoices.

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable: maintain resident records, issue notices, deposits, payables, and month-end tasks.
• Resident Relations: foster community, maintain positive relations, inspect properties, ensure retention.
• Marketing: manage ads, greet prospects, show communities, respond to inquiries, monitor market trends.
• Administrative: update reports, organize paperwork, process leases and move-ins/outs.
• General: perform duties as assigned by Community/Regional Manager.
