Thrive Communities, based in University Place, WA, is seeking a dedicated property management professional to manage income collection, accounts payable, and resident relations at a lease-up community. This in-person role requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain records, process payments, and ensure resident satisfaction.

You will support marketing, leasing duties, and respond to inquiries while coordinating with maintenance and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent experience, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• 1+ years experience working at a lease-up property.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts Payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying/entering invoices.

Aufgaben

• Income collection & accounts payable, maintaining resident records and timely payment processing.
• Resident relations, community engagement, inspections, and retention efforts.
• Marketing, ads management on Craigslist and listing services, leasing duties and responses to inquiries.
• Administrative duties, daily reports, filing, move-ins/outs, and service requests handling.
• General duties as assigned by Community or Regional Manager.
