Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking an experienced Property/Community Manager to oversee financial performance, leasing operations and staff at one Seattle property. You will manage budgets, ensure timely rent collection, and coordinate with HR for staffing and training.

A CAM is preferred and proficiency with Yardi/CRM is desired. The role is full-time, in-person, with standard and after-hours requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Notary License required or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget formulation and stay within guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected and posted timely; perform leases and evictions as needed.
• Manage invoices and month-end procedures; oversee deposits and variances.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance reviews for on-site staff.
• Maintain compliance with MFTE, Section 8 or other programs where applicable.
• Oversee resident relations and safety compliance; coordinate with HR.
