Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a detail-oriented property management professional for an in-person role at our Tacoma property. You will manage income collection, payable processes, and maintain accurate resident records while supporting leasing and customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include marketing, lease administration, move-ins/outs, and general property operations. The role requires experience with Yardi/CRM, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or equivalent experience including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• 1+ years of experience at a lease-up property.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site systems.
• Accounts payable experience or ability to review and pay invoices.

Responsibilities

• Income collection and accounts payable management.
• Resident relations and community engagement.
• Marketing duties including ads on Craigslist and listing services.
• Administrative tasks: reports, leases, move-ins/outs, and paperwork.
