Thrive Communities in Seattle, WA seeks a full-time on-site property management professional to handle income collection, accounts payable, and resident relations. You will manage marketing, administrative duties, and general tasks across the community, ensuring operational excellence.

Required are 2+ years in property management (leasing, sales, customer service) and experience with Yardi/CRM, plus a detail-oriented, service-driven mindset to keep residents satisfied and retention high.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent experience, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Income collection & accounts payable: maintain resident records, issue notices, deposit receipts, manage invoices, and assist with month-end procedures.
• Resident relations: maintain community, ensure tenant satisfaction, inspect properties and report needs to maintenance.
• Marketing: manage ads on Craigslist and listing sites, greet prospective residents, show the community, respond to inquiries.
• Administrative: update reports, organize leases, proofread paperwork, process move-ins/outs and deposits.
• General: perform other duties as assigned by Community Manager or Regional Manager.
