• Must have a notary license or be able to obtain it within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hiring and staffing on-site team members.
• Conduct bi-annual performance reviews with staff.
• Ensure all invoices are submitted for timely payment.
• Walk and inspect property regularly, ensuring maintenance.
