Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will help manage delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow and support on-site staff.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), experience in housing, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. Strong computer skills and ability to lead a team are essential, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to use onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately, timely and efficiently.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor and follow up on bad debt and evictions.
