Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will help manage rent collection, leasing, and risk management on site.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or two years of housing experience. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or two years in housing.
• Ability to perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under Community Manager supervision.
• Manage accounts receivable and rent collection processes.
• Monitor budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain records.
• Post payments, reconcile income, and handle move-outs and security deposits.
