Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily housing operations and financial functions under the Community Manager's supervision. You will drive rent collection, delinquency management, and overall property cash flow while supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration.

You will ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines, and manage on-site operations, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing operations and rent collection
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Lead onsite staff, supervise leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Manage budgeting, revenue, expenses, and NOI targets.
• Monitor rent collection, delinquencies, and evictions processes.
• Conduct unit inspections and coordinate vendor relations.
